Made to Order – Effective March 2025
From March 2025, all future collections (starting with Spring 2025) will be made to order. This means we only produce exactly what is needed, avoiding overproduction and making our process more sustainable. To answer any questions you have, we have split all information for our Made To Order vs. Outlet categories on our site.
Made To Order
Enjoy free shipping on orders over £300.
Made To Order products are usually dispatched within 7 days of placing an order, giving us time to lovingly craft your Melrose piece.
We use UPS Express to ship all of our Made To Order products, which usually takes 3-5 working days after dispatch.
We cover customs and duties worldwide for all made to order pieces.
Dispatch times can vary; please check product descriptions for specific timelines.
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order. By purchasing, you agree to our store policies and terms & conditions.
All pieces are hand-crafted and made upon order. Processing can take up to 14 working days depending on the garment. Refer to product pages for specific timelines.
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.
Yes! If your size/colour isn’t available, we can create a custom piece for an additional fee (up to 40%).
Custom orders take 40–45 working days and are non-refundable/non-exchangeable.

Cancellations are accepted within 6 hours of ordering. All orders are made specifically for you once placed.
To amend or cancel, contact us ASAP with your order number at customerservice@melrosehaus.com.
Sizes range from XXS–XXL depending on style. Email us for help if unsure.
We also accept custom sizing requests with an additional fee (up to 30%).
All measurements are based on the front half of the garment (many are open-back). Measure carefully before ordering.
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Items must be returned within 14 days after approval.
Exchanges incur an admin fee.
Outlet
Outlet purchases are final sale — no returns or exchanges.
Free shipping on orders over £300.
Next Day and UPS Express Delivery available on Outlet items.
Import duties, taxes, and other charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Orders are processed immediately and cannot be changed or cancelled after processing.
