Items bought in sample sale, sale or outlet are not eligible for a return, exchange OR credit note.

Store Credit
Return your order and receive an additional 10% credit on your original order value.
No admin fee.
Exchanges(UK only)
Your item will be replaced with another one.
We will cover shipping to send your new item to you.
No admin fee.
International customers will be asked to choose ‘store credit’ if wanting an exchange.
Refund
A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
£3.50 Royal Mail return label cost will be deducted from your refund.
£3 admin and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
UK customers will be presented with a Royal Mail link to create their returns label. You will have the option to drop your return off at a post office, or have it collected.
International customers will be asked to arrange their own shipping method.
Returns will not be accepted if the item is worn, or showing signs of wear. Items must be make up, fragrance and stain free. All orders should be intact with anti return ribbon and swing tag attached. Without these, the item will be deemed ineligible for a return. We will not accept any returns that do not comply, and the cost to resend the item will be covered by the customer.
