If your item is not suitable, you are able to return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are not free, we advise all customers to use a tracked service. We can not accept returns that are lost, if customers use a tracked service they are insured with the specific courier.
Returns will not be accepted if the item is worn, or showing signs of wear. Items must be make up, fragrance and stain free. All orders should be intact with a do not remove tag, that makes the item ineligible for a return if removed. All items must be unworn, with tags and cable tie still attached. We will not accept any returns that do not comply.

Items bought in sale or outlet are not eligible for a return OR exchange, only credit note.
Exchanges are accepted up to 14 days for full-priced items but like returns, they are not free. We do, however, pay for the cost of the postage back to you (This does not apply to international customers).
