Items bought in sale/outlet are final sale and not eligible for an exchange or refund.

 

Exchanges

You will be issued a store credit note.

£3 admin and restocking fee will be deducted from your credit. 

Shipping for your new order will not be covered. 

Please allow up to 10 working days from the date your return is delivered for your credit note to be processed.

 

Refunds

A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Submit your return

 

Returns must be created within 14 days of receiving item. Returns will not be accepted if the item is worn, or showing signs of wear. Items must be make up, fragrance and stain free. All orders should be intact with anti return ribbon and swing tag attached. Without these, the item will be deemed ineligible for a return. We will not accept any returns that do not comply, and the cost to resend the item will be covered by the customer.
